The Hanoitex Industry Expo 2022 which was held last week is the first time we have participated in an exhibition outside Indonesia and is also the first step to widely introduce Skill-Math which can help the apparel and footwear industry in Vietnam to be more competitive through digitalization in this Industry 4.0 era.

Indo Intertex 2022 (10-13 Aug 2022)
The Indointertex exhibition 2022 which was held last week, was a great success, after being delayed for 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic and finally being able to be held again this year.
The exhibition which lasts for 4 days, we can feel the enthusiasm of visitors during the exhibition. we often see our booth is never empty of visitors, hopefully this exhibition can help entrepreneurs in the Textile and Garment Industry in developing their business in the future. until we meet again next year!

Panarub Industry
Panarub Industry is one of the leading footwear companies in Indonesia that manufactures the Adidas brand as part of the EP group. Recently, they started using the Skill-Math system to create sustainability by determining with certainty the performance of their operators and digitizing the process data so that they can optimize line balancing and manpower planning.
Pantjatunggal Knitting Mill
Like many other businesses, it has been a tough time for the company to go thru the pandemic situation. In order to be sustainable, Pantjatunggal has decided to implement Skill-Math as part of its digital transformation. In July 2022 we held a Kick-Off meeting and started the implementation of the Skill-Math system in their company.

In June 2022 our team visited Appareltech Vinh Loc Vietnam to introduce the new features to help in day-to-day operations. Appareltech has been using Skill-Math for 3 years and the system can help IE and Production in Line Balancing and Manpower Planning.

In June 2022, our team visited TSV or Tuntex Soc Trang Vietnam which has been a Skill-Math user since 1 year ago, reviewed the Skill-Math best practices that they have been running so far, and applied the latest update from the Machine Asset Management Module
Sansan Saudaratex
They have been the user of FastReact Plan and using High Level Board for capacity plan for multiple factories and Critical Path management to ensure production start date can be on time. This pandemic has given impact to the business but this is now the time for recovery.
As part of digitalization they are considering Skill-Math to be implemented which can help on manpower planning and machine monitoring.

The company was a little affected by pandemic last year but in 2021 they have significant growth as being able to ship finished garments 6 times more than their own capacity..!
Main product is Ladies garments knit with own brand (Popular 21) and others like Ross, Fashionova and Burlington they export to US market.

Small operations with good vision, fully aware of transformation in system digitalization. We had very interesting discussion on how system automation can replace manual way, time saving and cost reduction and further discussion will be held in March 2021. Keep the spirit..!

From manual to digital… It has been a challenge to manage factory in conventional way, having 31 lines of nearly 800 operators the company has a strong vision to improve. Small operations but having strong willingness to improve and grow, system digitalization is the answer. During the discussion there were lots of ideas on how to be more productive and efficient and starting point will be from operators skill inventory and machine monitoring.
